Bournemouth Eye



Bournemouth Eye is an air balloon located in Bournemouth in UK. It is a spherical helium-filled balloon with an enclosed gondola that carries up to 30 passengers. The average ride time for the Balloon is 12 to 15 minutes. It lifts to a height of 500 feet (150 m) while providing a panoramic view of the English Channel and surrounding area—over 20 miles (32 km)—from the highest public observation point in Bournemouth. Its opening times are 9:00 am until late, every evening.S & D Leisure Ltd the owners and operators of the Bournemouth Balloon are a family business with several generations’ experience of operating rides and attractions. The Bournemouth Balloon is sponsored by the South’s largest commercial radio station Wave 105.
